Our bank recommended homes-abroad.com when we, in connection with the financing, asked how to “do” when buying a home in Spain.

We contacted Line Lützow who is area manager for the Costa Blanca, during our summer vacation in August 2021 and she quickly arranged some screenings, which at the time fit our wishes, but we also expressed interest in a project sale that we initially became heat on. This made the financing somewhat complicated due to the long construction process and in the meantime, we became in doubt whether we had not acted too quickly and went out of business again.

Therefore, the second visit was to Spain last week in February 2022, where we also found the home we have now bought. We have got a fantastic home, which we are very happy about.

Line is a pleasant person and was good at advising us on the accommodation. It gave us a sense of security during the screenings and also during the negotiation of the award. Our home is a bit special as it has been empty since it was finished somewhere between 2002 and 2004. There was no water and electricity connected. Line helped us with plumbing and electrician as well as contact information for Iberdrola and Hidroaqua.

On the whole, we have been happy with Line and she has been a great help.
