In regard to our dream of an apartment in Spain, we contacted homes-abroad.com in the spring of 2020. We had long thought about an apartment in the south of Spain, but when I first got in touch with both their Malaga and Alicante department, it took off.

We planned a visit to Spain in the spring of 2020, but due to the COVID-19 situation it did not become possible. Subsequently, we kept in touch and explored the areas further.

In collaboration with their office in Alicante, we found 15 apartments on the Costa Blanca that met our criteria. So, in the summer of 2020 when Spain opened up to tourists, the broker set aside 2 full days where we visited apartments and got demonstrations. We were very positive about the good service they provided. At the same time, we felt safe throughout the process, as they could put us in touch with a lawyer, bank and whatever else was needed to complete the purchase.

When the purchase of an apartment was completed, we were offered that homes-abroad could be helpful in setting up an alarm. Due to 24-hour Security, we declined the offer. After 14 days we regretted and asked if they could help. Without hesitation, an alarm was installed 1 week later.

Basically, we had never expected to receive such a good service, which has helped fulfil our dreams of a holiday home in Spain!
