We have now taken over our holiday apartment in Los Pacos, Sun Hill.

When we were on holiday in the Fuengirola area during week 29, we contacted the local estate agent Homes-abroad.com. Lotte Kristiansen from their office welcomed us and we explained her our requirements for an apartment in the area.

The next day, Lotte had found a total of 20 possible homes, of which we selected 6 properties we would like to see. Lotte arranged inspections, drove us around and we immediately fell in love with the last house we saw.

We made an offer immediately and an hour later it was a reality.

With Lotte’s great effort we got everything in place, she recommended a fantastic lawyer and our bank confirmed to us that he was to trust.

Lotte also recommended the absolute best Danish woman (Jette) to take care of our apartment when it is to be rented out. She handles keys, cleans, handles bed linen and towels. She makes it ready for the next tenant and she also retrieves keys when the tenant travels. It is fantastic.

During the process we had many questions, but at no time were there any trouble getting a quick response from both Lotte and the lawyer.

Next time we are going to buy a house in Spain, it will also be through them.
