My wife and I decided shortly before Easter 2017 that we would like to Spain and see if we could find a holiday apartment. Through goggle we fell over homes-abroad.net, a Danish owned buyer’s broker. We wrote to them and quickly got a reply back with a contact who took care of the area we were interested in.

In a few weeks we had found a good handful of suitable properties, in cooperation with homes-abroad, we wanted to see, so we booked a flight to Alicante and had three intense days with homes-abroad. We were driven around for two days in a good company with Kristian from their Costa Blanca office. He had a great knowledge of the area, etc. and the few things he could not answer, he quickly examined so that all our many questions were answered.

Two hours before we left the plane back, we signed the purchase contract of a beautiful apartment that would be completed one week before our summer vacation.

Right from we signed the contract until we were in our apartment again approx. 3 months later, Kristian helped us with everything around the bank and lawyer in Spain and In addition, he had contact with the company responsible for the construction so he could help with our acquisitions and changes to the apartment.

We felt very secure with homes-abroad and Kristian was very patient despite our many mails and lots of questions.
