In the fall of 2020, we started dreaming of having a house in Southern Spain. But due to Corona we could not come to Spain and see the areas and houses for sale. But we got in touch with homes-abroad.com and Tine Villanueva, and in an incredibly nice and professional interaction we got to concretize what it was we were looking for.

Possible properties were exchanged via email, and Tine was always quick to respond and provide super ups and downs. In June, when it again became possible to travel, we were on an inspection trip, and Tine had found possible topics for us, and we were together around and looking at the possibilities.

Throughout, we have been thoroughly guided in the process of buying a house, we have felt safe, have received top advice, and not least, Tine has found the dream house for us.

Negotiation of price, takeover, interaction with lawyer, etc. has been in her knowledgeable hands, and now we are enjoying our beautiful Finca in the mountains south of Competa on the Costa del Sol east.
